By using this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

• Music Consulting (including Zoom sessions).

• Mixing and Mastering services.

• Custom Music Production tailored to the client’s needs.

3. Orders & Payments

• All services are arranged directly with Ido, on a personal basis.

• Accepted payment methods: Bit, PayBox, PayPal, bank transfer, or credit card.

• Payments are split into two parts:
  50% upfront before starting, and 50% upon completion and client approval.

• If the client is not satisfied with the result:​​

• The client cannot use the work until full payment is completed.

• The initial 50% is non-refundable.

4. Copyright & Usage

• All music, mixes, masters, and productions created by Ido remain Ido Bismut’s property until full payment is made.

• No usage, distribution, or publishing of any material is allowed before full payment.

• Unauthorized use is a copyright violation and may lead to legal action.

5. Refund Policy

• No full refunds are given once work has begun.

• Partial refunds (if any) are at Ido Bismut’s discretion and based on time spent.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery times will be discussed and agreed upon individually.

• Delays may occur due to revisions, client response times, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Privacy Policy

• All client information (name, contact details, music files) is treated as confidential.

• Files will not be shared or used for any purpose without the client’s consent.

• Ido Bismut respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data.
